The best collections about CL and second language acquisition are the Achard & Niemeier (2004) edited volume, Cognitive Linguistics, Second Language Acquisition & Foreign Language Teaching and the Putz, Dirven & Niemeier (2001) two volume set Applied Cognitive Linguistics. Vol.1 deals with theory & acquisition. Vol.2 with language pedagogy.

TESOL Quarterly 27(4) (2006) is a special edition on Emergentism in language which is compatible with the Cognitive Linguistic perspective and has some interesting articles.

Radden & Dirven’s new (2007) Cognitive English Grammar is a nice synthesis of views from Cognitive Grammar, Force Dynamics & Blending Theory on the English noun phrase, verb phrase & sentence. Some useful insights (and clearly potential implications for the classroom, I think) collected here.

Peter Robinson & Nick Ellis have a Handbook of Cognitive Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition coming out in February, which may well be useful from a pedagogical perspective.
